Ltd. since September 2007, Samir Parikh has led efforts through NamanHR to address a range of HR challenges faced by various organizations. Additionally, Samir Parikh is the Founder of Naman Staffing and a Co-Founder of DOOR International South East Asia since 2019. In academia, Samir Parikh is pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Development Framework for Millennial CXOs at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, following a Master of Social Work, where recognition as a Gold Medalist was earned, and an earlier Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution.
