Samir Parikh

Samir Parikh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Creator at LEAAD since August 2013, and as the Founder and Managing Director & CEO of Naman Integrated Management Services Pvt. Ltd. since September 2007, Samir Parikh has led efforts through NamanHR to address a range of HR challenges faced by various organizations. Additionally, Samir Parikh is the Founder of Naman Staffing and a Co-Founder of DOOR International South East Asia since 2019. In academia, Samir Parikh is pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Development Framework for Millennial CXOs at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, following a Master of Social Work, where recognition as a Gold Medalist was earned, and an earlier Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution.
