Josefin Plan

Josefin Plan currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Aritco since January 2023. Previously, Josefin held the roles of People & Culture Partner and HR Manager for Sweden at Sinch from May 2017 to October 2021. Prior experience includes working as an HR Specialist at Upgrades Education from November 2014 to May 2017, focusing on personnel and recruitment responsibilities. Josefin’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Development from Linköpings universitet, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management & Development from Linköping University, and additional studies in Spanish at Uppsala universitet. Education also includes a specialized program in World Wide Languages and Social Sciences from Tibble Gymnasium.
