Joel Pepera is currently the Director of Core Telematics Data Science at Arity, where Joel utilizes machine learning and artificial intelligence to develop key driving behaviors from IoT/sensor data. Prior to this role, Joel held various leadership positions at GEICO, including Director of Product Development and Director Data Science, where Joel focused on developing innovative machine learning initiatives to drive strategic objectives. With a background in mathematics from the University of Florida and Washington and Lee University, Joel has a strong foundation for their data-driven roles in the insurance industry.
