Matt Hughes

Matt Hughes has extensive work experience primarily in software engineering and development. Matt currently holds the position of Principal Software Engineer at Arity, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cardlytics from 2015 to 2022, serving as an Engineering Lead from 2020 to 2022 and as a Senior Software Engineer from 2015 to 2020.

Before joining Cardlytics, Matt worked at Priority Payment Systems as a Senior Software Engineer from 2014 to 2015.
