Vicky Norman

Vicky Norman is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in data architecture and engineering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at Immersive, responsibilities include collaborating on architectural strategy and modernizing CI pipelines. Prior experience at Kubrick Group includes positions as Senior Data Engineer and Back End Engineer, focusing on developing customer-facing analytical solutions and guiding a cloud-based learning platform project. Vicky's foundational experience began at Lloyds Banking Group, highlighted by participation in the Lloyds Scholar programme and multiple internships that enhanced skills in data architecture and stakeholder management. Vicky is also a co-founder of Bristol Loves, an initiative supporting independent businesses, and has a background in tutoring and customer service.
