Stephanie Gordon has extensive work experience, primarily in leadership roles. Stephanie started their career at Ernst & Young as a Systems Analyst & Engineering Team Lead and worked there until 2000. Stephanie then joined PriceWaterhouse as a Senior Consulting/Engagement Manager from 2000 to 2001. After that, they worked at IBM as a Sr. Consulting/Engagement Leader for the year 2002. Stephanie then moved to IBM (SPSS) as a Global Delivery and Operations Leader from 2003 until 2011. Following that, they joined IBM again in 2009 as a SaaS Digital Program Channel Product Leader, where they worked until 2013. Stephanie then worked at Grainger as a Global Master Data Management Program and Portfolio Leader from 2013 to 2014. Stephanie then transitioned to Arity, an Allstate Company, where they held the role of Senior Enterprise Portfolio Leader from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Stephanie is working at Arity as the Director of Customer Success, starting from March 2017.

Stephanie Gordon earned a BA in Political Science, Economics, and French from Binghamton University in 1995. Stephanie then went on to complete an MBA in Business Administration & Information Systems at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1999 to 2002. Stephanie also holds additional certifications in SAFe 4.0 from SAFe and PMP and CSM from Scrum Alliance.
