Melanie Gabanna

Melanie Gabanna is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Director of Learning & Development at Aritzia since January 2023, Melanie previously held the role of Senior Manager for Learning & Development and Organizational Effectiveness at Arc'teryx Equipment from April 2019 to January 2023, focusing on strategic leadership in a global retail context. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Habanero Consulting Group, where project work involved digital workplace experiences and organizational transformation.
