Rebecca Loyo Mayo

Rebecca Loyo Mayo is an experienced professional in sustainability, equity, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as an Impact Advisor at Aritzia since September 2016. Prior roles at Aritzia included Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Sustainability. Additionally, Rebecca was involved with Binners' Project as a Board Member in 2018 and held multiple positions at Burberry from 2007 to 2016, culminating as Senior Manager of Ethical Trade. Earlier experience includes roles at Oxfam International and Novartis as a Sustainability Advisor during short-term secondments. Rebecca holds an MSc in International Development from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc (Hons) in International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath.
