John "JV" Hinson Jr., MBA, CPA, CFE, CAMS, currently serves as the Belonging & Corporate Impact Advisor Lead at USAA, focusing on promoting a culture of belonging as a driver for innovation and profitability. Prior to this role, John was a Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Partner at Amazon, where collaboration with various teams led to the development of forward-thinking DEI initiatives. During time at EY, John held multiple roles, including Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager, where proactive DEI initiatives were championed, and Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing substantial project lifecycles.
