Will Cashman

Will Cashman has over 15 years of experience in data and analytics. Will is currently working at Aritzia as the Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Data & Analytics at Aritzia.

Before joining Aritzia, Cashman worked at Rocky Mountaineer from 2016 to 2020. During their time there, they held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Data & Insights and Senior Director of Research & Analytics. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams and transforming data resources into business value. Will also chaired the organization's Data Governance Committee.

Will Cashman completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronic at University College Cork from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Applied Sciences, specializing in Modelling & Numerical Computing, at University College Cork. Will later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Henley Business School from 2010 to 2013.
