Jen Jonas, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers. With a background in human resources and organizational development, Jen has held various HR leadership positions at Copa Health, Southwest Behavioral & Health Services, and Child Crisis Arizona. Jen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Western Governors University.
Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers
The Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (AACHC) is the Primary Care Association (PCA) for the State of Arizona. All states have one designated PCA to advance the expansion of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and advocate for the health care interests of the medically underserved and uninsured. AACHC, as a result, has many programs to assist member community health centers and the disadvantaged populations they serve. These programs vary from centralizing financial information and educational opportunities for members to peer networking committees for sharing of best practices.
