Mike Diller has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry. Mike started their career in 1999 as an Assistant Store Manager at Best Buy and eventually worked their way up to become a General Manager. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for a store generating $32 million in revenue. Mike implemented innovative sales and customer service strategies, resulting in an increase in annual revenues. Mike was also recruited by corporate management to build and test a financial reporting system called "Matrix," which was later adopted across the organization.

After their tenure as General Manager, Mike transitioned to the role of District Field Support Manager, where they provided senior-level operations support across a 16-store district in Washington state. Mike was responsible for training, coaching, and supporting assistant store managers and played a key role in leading the district to consistently rank in the top 5 of the company in sales and profitability.

Following their work as District Field Support Manager, Mike became the District Services Manager at Best Buy/Geek Squad. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing sales and fulfillment of Geek Squad services across multiple stores in Washington and Alaska. Mike motivated and trained services and sales leadership employees and ensured a world-class customer and employee experience.

Most recently, Mike worked at Best Buy as a Senior Manager - Market Operations. Mike oversaw all operations functions of 40 Best Buy stores across multiple states, providing business, training, and analytic support to senior management. Mike's work experience demonstrates their strong leadership skills, ability to drive revenue growth, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In 2022, Mike joined Arizona Appliance & Home as the Director of Operations.

Mike Diller holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in History from San Jose State University.
