Lisa Shevy is a licensed real estate agent at Arizona Best Real Estate since August 2023 and the CEO and Founder of On Par Solutions, LLC, since December 2022, where strategic direction and growth strategies are provided for various businesses. Previously, at Thrivent from February 2014 to November 2022, Lisa held dual roles as Manager of Engagement for the West Advisor Group and President of the Thrivent Member Network, focusing on client acquisition, engagement, and corporate social responsibility. Lisa has also served as Sr. Director of Business Development at Junior Achievement of Arizona (2008-2013), President/CEO at WBEC-West (2003-2008), owner of a small business in Scottsdale (2001-2003), Vice-President of Operations at Pla.Net.Com. Inc. (2000-2001), and paralegal/legal assistant at Hinkfuss Law Firm (1990-1999). Educationally, Lisa holds degrees in Non-Profit Leadership & Management and Business Administration from Arizona State University, along with additional training from Penn State University and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
