Steve Soles

Steve Soles, MBA, currently serves as the Sales Director for the Midwest Division at both AriZona Beverage Co. and Hornell Brewing Co. since February 2022. Prior experience includes the role of District Operations Manager at Primo Water North America from October 2021 to February 2022, and various managerial positions at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, including Branch Manager and Brand Manager, from October 2016 to September 2021 and August 2007 to October 2016, respectively. Additionally, Steve held the position of Business Development Manager at Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group from August 2006 to August 2007. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from The University of Akron.
