Justin Anderson

Justin Anderson currently serves as the Director of Performance Psychology for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, a position held since August 2023. As the Founder and Sport & Performance Psychologist at Premier Sport Psychology, PLLC since September 2011, Justin provides psychological services to a range of professional sports organizations, including NHL, NBA, PGA, NFL, and USA National Teams, as well as collegiate athletes and business executives. Additional roles include Director of Sport Psychology for the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Minnesota Twins, and sport psychologist positions for various teams including the Las Vegas Raiders and Minnesota Wild. Justin also directs Leadership U at the University of Minnesota, focusing on enhancing leadership skills among student-athletes and staff. Educational credentials comprise a Doctor's Degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, a Doctoral Internship at the University of Memphis, a Master's degree in Psychology from Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth, along with a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of North Texas.
