Todd A. Richards

Todd A. Richards, MD, MBA, is a skilled Hand, Plastic and Reconstructive Microsurgeon at the Arizona Center for Hand Surgery since August 2013. Prior to this role, Todd served as an Intensivist at Kaiser Permanente from August 2005 to April 2012, specializing in cardiac intensive care.
