Sheri Reay

Sheri Reay currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Arizona Central Credit Union since August 2021, following a role as Talent Development Manager. Prior to this, Sheri worked at HonorHealth from January 2017 to August 2021 as an Organizational Development Consultant. Sheri’s extensive experience in training and development spans several positions at CVS Health from June 2010 to December 2016, including Training Delivery Manager, Sr. Training Consultant, and Training Development Supervisor. Sheri’s expertise includes leading a team of trainers, designing training materials, and facilitating compliance training across multiple locations. Education includes a Master of Science in Education focused on Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
