Rachel Eckert

Rachel Eckert has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Rachel has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Tria Federal, EMR, IAP Worldwide Services, Technomics Inc., and ARES Corporation. In these positions, they have been responsible for leading and developing HR programs, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor standards, and implementing performance management systems. Rachel has also played a key role in improving employee benefits and reducing costs. Prior to their director-level positions, they worked as an HR Manager and HR Generalist in different organizations.

Rachel Eckert earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from High Point University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. In 2007 and 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of America. Rachel has also obtained additional certifications, including a Green Belt Certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC in December 2016, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the SHRM in May 2011.
