Scott Carey

Scott Carey currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Transformative Leadership Program at Arizona Christian University and as Chief Information Officer at North Country HealthCare, overseeing Healthcare IT services across 13 locations in Northern Arizona. Previously, Scott held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Institute of Museum and Library Services, where efforts focused on enhancing organizational performance and driving strategic initiatives. Scott's earlier experience includes leadership roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where responsibilities ranged from shaping IT strategy to leading IT transformation initiatives. Scott earned a Master of Science in System Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
