John Kirk is the VP of Ticket Operations at the Arizona Coyotes. John has over 15 years of experience in the ticketing industry, and has been with the Coyotes organization for over 5 years.

Prior to joining the Coyotes, John spent 11 years at Ticketmaster, where they served as the Senior Director of Implementation. In this role, John was responsible for overseeing all client-based onboarding processes, and supporting clients through the adoption of new Ticketmaster technologies. John also played a key role in planning and integrating new third-party applications, including consumer-facing web portals, access controls, dynamic pricing applications, and fan-facing applications.

During their time at Ticketmaster, John was recognized for their work on several high-profile projects, including the conversion of the Kroenke Sports and Entertainment ticketing platform (which resulted in annual ticket sales of 1 million), and the launch of the Los Angeles Football Club ticketing platform in under 30 days. John also oversaw the development and launch of the Ticketmaster Paperless ticketing system, and was lauded for their work on the Chip and Pin initiative.

John is a highly respected leader in the ticketing industry, and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget. John is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
