Patty Frankenfield

Patty Frankenfield serves as the Coyotes Vice President, People & Culture. She joined the team in March 2015.

In her role, Patty is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training all new staff. She also leads the company's efforts to make the Coyotes one of the best places to work by maintaining a culture that supports employees and managers in their daily work. Frankenfield also oversees all employee benefit programs, including interface with brokers and service providers.

Prior to joining the Coyotes, she worked in the hospitality industry at hotel properties for over 20 years in the greater Phoenix and southern California markets.

She and her husband, Chaz, reside in Phoenix and have two sons.
