Cody Maynard is an experienced Geographic Information Systems Analyst with a focus on environmental quality and data management. Currently employed at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality since February 2019, Cody manages GIS layers and oversees the monthly update of over 500,000 records related to permits and water quality. Prior roles include Environmental Specialist I, where site analysis and water sampling were conducted, and previous internships and positions that involved water quality analysis for various organizations. Cody holds a Master of Advanced Study in Geographic Information Systems from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science & Policy from Framingham State University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Environmental Studies and a technical background in Engineering Technology.
