Paula Mattingly

Paula Mattingly is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at the Arizona Department of Health Services since April 2006. Previously, Paula held positions as Project Manager at CMA Consulting from 2004 to 2006, and Vice President of Technical Services at Rankin Technology Group between 1996 and 1999. Early in Paula's career, significant roles included Information Systems Manager and Application Systems Manager at Honeywell Aerospace from 1985 to 1995, along with being a Senior Systems Designer. Paula began in the field as a Programmer Analyst at Phoenix Newspapers from 1981 to 1985. Educationally, Paula earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
