Jill Brown

Jill Brown began their work experience in 2013 as the Vice President of Human Resources at International Cruise & Excursions (ICE), Inc. Jill then moved on to work at Off Madison Ave as a Human Resources Leader in 2014 and at Pain Doctor as the Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they founded Jill Brown Coaching and served as the Founder, CEO, and Coach. Jill also worked at Banner Health as the Director of Human Resources for ASCs in 2017-2018. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Childhelp, and then held the same position at FSL in 2022-2023. Currently, they are working as the Chief Talent Officer at the Arizona Department of Revenue and as an Executive Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence. Jill also has experience as an Entrepreneur Mentor at MicroMentor.

Jill Brown's education history includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University, obtained from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Arizona State University from 1994 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Jill Brown has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), obtained in August 2022 and July 2022 respectively. Jill is also an Independent Licensed Insurance Broker, certified by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions in June 2022.

Furthermore, Jill obtained a Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CPEC) certification from The Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute in October 2020. Additionally, they became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification holder from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in November 2001. Lastly, they obtained certifications as a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index in October 2000 and as a Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation in April 1999.
