Karen Surgent is the Founder & Chief Talent Officer of Spark Talent HQ, a boutique recruitment agency specializing in Media, Marketing, and Advertising. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, she has a strong track record of connecting diverse clients with top-tier talent. Prior to founding Spark Talent HQ, Karen co-founded K+K Search, where she focused on Digital Media & Advertising recruitment. She also has experience as an Executive Recruiter at Karen Surgent Search, where she specialized in the digital advertising industry. Additionally, Karen has worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at The HEINEKEN Company and as a Recruitment Account Manager at SRI Search, focusing on the Advertising/Creative division. Karen's career also includes roles at BBDO Worldwide as a Creative Assistant & Project Manager. She is currently pursuing her education at The Art Institutes.
