Olga Lazo, MHRM has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Olga began their career in 2006 as a Sales Representative at Nordstrom, where they worked until 2010. Following that, they worked as an Enrollment Specialist at Le Cordon Bleu College. In 2011, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Recruiting Coordinator, and then moved to Amazon in 2013 as an HR Assistant. In 2015, Olga joined the Arizona Department of Revenue, where they held multiple roles including HR Analyst III, HR Operations Manager, and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer.
