Sharita Alam

Sharita Alam has over a decade of work experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Sharita started their career at Read Naturally in 2011, where they created test plans, test cases, and manually tested the functionality of the application. From there, they moved to UnitedHealth Group in 2012, where they coordinated testing activities, wrote test cases, and tested the functionality of the application using Quality Center. In the same year, they joined Cargill as a QA Analyst, where they managed testing activities for a pricing tool using Team Foundation Server and wrote test cases using Test Manager. Currently, Sharita is working at the Arizona Department of Revenue as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

Sharita Alam obtained their Bachelor's degree in BCIS from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Sharita later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from St. Mary's University, studying there from 2010 to 2012.
