James Meyer, GISP, has over two decades of experience in geographic information systems and data management, currently serving as the Data and Information Manager at the Arizona Department of Transportation since January 2006. Throughout their tenure, James has held various roles, including Data Analytics Manager & HPMS Coordinator, GIS Program Manager, Senior GIS Analyst, and GIS Analyst. Prior to joining the Arizona Department of Transportation, James worked as a GIS Specialist at Cabrera Services, Inc., and as an Environmental Planner at CDM Smith. James started their career as a Co-Op Intern at the Connecticut Department of Transportation. James holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography from Central Connecticut State University, earned between 1994 and 2000.
