Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at the Arizona Department of Transportation oversees the planning, execution, and completion of transportation infrastructure projects. This team coordinates across various departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while also focusing on safety and efficiency to connect and empower the state’s economy. Team members include specialists in bridge design, IT project management, business systems analysis, and traffic design, working collaboratively to uphold ADOT’s mission and values.
