Elliott Baker

Elliott Baker is a GIS Analyst with experience at the Arizona Department of Water Resources since March 2021. Previously, Elliott worked as GIS Technician II and GIS Technician I at CBRE from August 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included designing geospatial projects, presenting on the Location Intelligence platform, and developing interactive web applications. Prior roles also include GIS Technician at Arizona Conservation Corps, Educator with AmeriCorps, and GIS Planetary Science Intern at Mercyhurst University, where involvement ranged from geospatial support to teaching and research in environmental science and geology. Elliott holds a Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Programming and Web Map Development as well as a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Mercyhurst University.
