Rachel Cook is an experienced professional in water resources management, currently serving as the Adjudications Water Resources Supervisor at the Arizona Department of Water Resources since July 2018. In this role, Rachel leads a team to complete technical reports supporting the Arizona General Stream Adjudication Courts.
