Rachel Cook is an experienced professional in water resources management, currently serving as the Adjudications Water Resources Supervisor at the Arizona Department of Water Resources since July 2018. In this role, Rachel leads a team to complete technical reports supporting the Arizona General Stream Adjudication Courts. Previous positions include Water Resources Supervisor focusing on surface water permitting and Water Resources Specialist III, where responsibilities included processing surface water right applications and issuing permits. Prior experience includes working as a Wilderness Fellow for the Society for Wilderness Stewardship, a Park Ranger Specialist with Arizona State Parks and Trails, and a Wilderness Ranger with the American Conservation Experience. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Water Resource Economics from the University of Arizona.
