Trent Blomberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resources and energy markets. Currently serving as the Council Coordinator for the Arizona Department of Water Resources since June 2023, Trent previously held various roles at ICF from March 2016 to June 2023, culminating in the position of Energy Markets Specialist focused on distributed resources, where responsibilities included managing significant federal contracts and conducting in-depth policy research. Trent's commitment to conservation and community engagement is evident from work as a Conservation Ecology Intern at the Watershed Management Group, as well as academic experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Arizona. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Water, Society and Policy from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
