Brett Hansen

Brett Hansen is a seasoned professional in sports broadcasting and communications, currently serving as the Director of Broadcasting for the Arizona Diamondbacks since February 2024. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Sr. Director of Communications & Marketing at Bally Sports Arizona from July 2000 until the network's closure in October 2023, where effective management of communications and marketing initiatives was pivotal. Experience also includes serving as the Associate Sports Information Director for the University of Arizona’s Athletic Department from 1994 to 2000, where Brett was the media relations director for the men’s basketball team, and as the Assistant Sports Information Director at San Diego State University, contributing to media relations efforts for various sports. Brett holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Wyoming, attained in 1992.
