Jake Hirshman has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Jake currently serves as the Manager of Business Solutions for the Arizona Diamondbacks, where they played a key role in securing the organization's first-ever Jersey Patch and implemented a custom portal for CRM, inventory management, and finance tracking. Jake has also supported the partnership sales team with prospecting and analytics.

In addition to their role with the Diamondbacks, Jake has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Boston College, Seattle University, and the University of Florida. Jake has taught professional development seminars and created revenue generation courses for sports management programs.

Jake is also the Executive Producer and Host of the Life in the Front Office Podcast, where they interview guests from various sectors of the sports and entertainment industry.
