Josh Simon

Josh Simon has a diverse work experience in the field of ticket operations. Josh started their career in 2004 as a Ticket Operations/Sales Associate for the New Orleans Saints. Josh then worked as a Ticket Operations Assistant for the Mobile Baybears in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Ticket Operations Coordinator and later as a Ticket Operations Manager for the Phoenix Coyotes. In 2007, they worked as a Box Office Manager for the City of Surprise, where they were responsible for the spring training operations of Surprise Stadium. In 2010, they joined the Kansas City Wizards as a Sr. Manager of Ticket Operations & Database Management. In the same year, they also began working for the Arizona Diamondbacks, starting as a Spring Training Box Office Manager before progressing to roles such as Senior Manager, Director, and finally Sr. Director of Ticket Operations. Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed team members, implemented new technology partners, and focused on improving fan experience and revenue growth.

Josh Simon attended the University of Mount Union from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Sports Management.
