Kerby started their career as a Fan Services Associate for the Chicago Bears, where they provided assistance to fans during game days and represented the team at various events. Kerby then worked as a Student Ambassador and Transfer Admissions Intern at North Central College, where they assisted with campus tours, admissions processes, and student outreach.

Callison's next role was as a Gameday Marketing Intern and Street Team Member for the Chicago Blackhawks. Kerby collaborated with Blackhawks Charities, operated intermission broadcasts, and helped fulfill sponsorship agreements. Kerby also assisted with marketing events and promoted the Blackhawks brand.
