Michael Young

Michael Young has extensive experience in sports operations, currently serving in a dual role for the Arizona Diamondbacks since March 2013, focusing on Minor League Complex and Triple-A clubhouse operations. Responsibilities include handling all clubhouse-related matters, organizing travel itineraries for the team, and managing travel logistics for a 32-person party. Michael is also accountable for uniform, equipment, and bat inventory, while supervising bat boys and being available around the clock for player and staff needs. Prior to this role, Michael worked as Offensive Quality Control at the University of Nevada Reno from January 2004 to January 2013. Michael holds a degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned in 2009, and graduated from Milpitas High School in 2003.
