Miles Williams

Miles Williams currently serves as an Assistant in Player Development for the Arizona Diamondbacks since December 2022. Prior to this, Miles held various roles including In-Event Marketing and Promotions Assistant at Columbia University, where responsibilities included executing promotional plans and grassroots marketing for athletic events, and a Replay Operator position with Major League Baseball, focusing on equipment verification and quality control. Miles also gained coaching experience at the University of San Francisco, mentoring students in oral communication and leading a youth baseball team to a championship win. An early career marketing internship at Echo Marketing and a seasonal associate role at Target established additional expertise in customer engagement and service. Miles holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of San Francisco.
