Roy Luo

Roy Luo is a bilingual professional with extensive experience in player development, education, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Player Development Assistant for the San Francisco Giants since January 2023, Roy provides translation services for players and staff. Concurrently, Roy has been a Mandarin Chinese Trainer at Tutor Doctor since November 2019, teaching language skills to students at all levels. Previous roles include Admissions Counselor at CEA Study Abroad, where Roy advised international students, and a Basketball Coach for the Phoenix Suns, focusing on skill development for youth athletes. Roy has also worked as a Mandarin Teacher at BASIS.ed, an Events Coordinator for Five Forces Sport Culture, and held various positions in logistics and event management across several companies. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Technology from Beijing Union University.
