Diane Kotula

Diane Kotula is an experienced real estate professional and educator with a diverse background in law, real estate, and Feng Shui. Since January 2011, Diane has served as an ADRE Certified Real Estate Instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, teaching fundamental concepts to aspiring agents. In addition, Diane has been a Realtor at HomeSmart Real Estate since December 2009, specializing in residential properties in the Northeast Valley, where investment properties are now cash flowing. As a Certified Feng Shui Specialist, Diane has been a practitioner since 2008, focusing on enhancing the energy of homes. Previous real estate experience includes roles at RE/MAX Excalibur Real Estate (2003-2009) and Prudential Arizona Properties (2001-2003), along with an 18-year law practice in civil litigation in Minnesota and Arizona prior to entering real estate. Diane holds a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
