Stephen Thompson

Stephen Thompson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Managing Broker at Real Estate Intelligent Marketing since January 2021, Thompson also contributes as an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, teaching both continuing education and pre-licensing courses. As a Managing Member of Arizona Sun Ventures, a family-owned property development and management company, Thompson has implemented a strategic vision aimed at annual growth. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Broker at GPCI Multifamily and Arizona Investment and Management, where Thompson represented buyers and sellers in commercial and residential transactions. Thompson's earlier roles include Project Engineer at Layton Construction and Funeral Care Associate at Tempe Mortuary. Educational qualifications include a Master of Real Estate Development, an MBA in Finance, and a Master's in Construction Management, all from Arizona State University.
