Bonnie S. is an experienced executive leader specializing in strategic planning and organizational development with a strong background in continuous improvement and performance excellence. Currently serving as the Executive Leader of the Continuous Improvement Office at Arizona State Parks and Trails since May 2019, Bonnie S. facilitates strategic planning discussions to ensure clear and measurable goals across the agency. Prior experience includes roles with the State of Arizona's Government Transformation Office as a Senior Consultant/Account Manager, where Bonnie S. led the deployment of the Arizona Management System, and as Vice President of Global Performance Excellence at Bristol Global Mobility, developing award-winning performance programs.
