Brandon Wilson has over a decade of experience in IT support and helpdesk roles. Currently serving as a Helpdesk Analyst at the Arizona State Retirement System since 2014, Brandon previously worked as an IT Support Analyst at AAM Community Management, where responsibilities included installing, training, and supporting LANs and networking technologies. Earlier experience includes a Quality Assurance Intern role at Sleuth Software, focusing on software testing and SQL Server administration. Brandon also studied Computer Network Systems at ITT Technical Institute and has customer service experience from working as a Server/Trainer at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen.
