Laura K. G. Ackerman-Biegasiewicz

Laura K. G. Ackerman-Biegasiewicz is an Assistant Professor at Emory University since August 2023 and has held a similar position at Arizona State University since January 2020. Prior experience includes a teaching role in the PUEO Program at Punahou School in 2010 and serving as a Laboratory Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2009. Laura completed a Postdoctoral Research in Organic Chemistry at Princeton University from 2016 to 2019 and earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Rochester between 2010 and 2016. Undergraduate studies were conducted at Claremont McKenna College, where Laura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Religious Studies. Formal education began at Punahou School, graduating high school in 2005.
