Carlos Alfaro

Carlos Alfaro is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in public policy, advocacy, and community engagement. As the Founder of Arizona Talks Foundation since May 2016, Carlos has established a platform promoting learning and dialogue on public policy issues. In the role of Southwest Director at Alder, Carlos has focused on managing executives to drive social impact. Previous positions include Arizona State Director at the American Business Immigration Coalition, where Carlos led initiatives for immigration reform, and Arizona Advocacy Manager at Alliance for Safety and Justice, where effective membership recruiting was achieved. Carlos has also held communication and marketing roles at Stand for Children and The LIBRE Initiative, contributing to legislative advocacy and brand development.
