Tomás León

Tomás León, MBA, currently serves as President of the Equality Health Foundation, a role held since January 2021, driving initiatives to enhance health access and well-being for all communities. Additionally, Tomás is an Angel Investor with Arizona Tech Investors, focusing on early-stage Information Technology and Life Science startups. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Strategy at Equality Health and President and CEO of the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity, where responsibilities encompassed promoting equity in healthcare. Tomás's extensive leadership experience spans various organizations, including FRIENDSHIP COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, People of Color Network, and the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona. Tomás also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Arizona. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Psychology/Business from the University of Arizona.
