Sanjay Srinivasan

Sanjay Srinivasan is the current Director at the Arizona Technology Council. Sanjay was previously with McKinsey & Company from September 2017 to February 2021, where they served as the Director of McKinsey's Inclusive US Economy Initiative. In this role, Sanjay co-developed and launched McKinsey’s US social responsibility efforts to address economic inequities worsened by acceleration of technology, digitization, and automation trends. This included leading research on economic inclusion and opportunity in the post-COVID digital economy, as well as supporting national partnerships with Eightfold.ai Talent Exchange and the Markle Rework America Alliance.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Sanjay was with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council from July 2017 to September 2017 as a Research and Strategy Intern. In this role, they studied semiconductor technology trends and innovation models, with a focus on opportunities for Phoenix to increase high-wage technology employment through investment in nascent but fast-growth adjacencies.

Sanjay has also held internships with Redirect Health and First Gen Scientists. Sanjay served as the Finance and Community Development Director for First Gen Scientists from June 2015 to January 2016.

Sanjay Srinivasan graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
