Ruth Kapcia

Ruth Kapcia is a seasoned design and merchandising professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Design Consultant at Arizona Tile since July 2023, Ruth also operates as a Fine Artist and Art Consultant at REK Design. Previously, Ruth held significant positions at Redfin, managing client engagements as a Concierge Manager for the Seattle Market and as Listings Concierge. Ruth's leadership experience includes directing retail experiences at Strum, where strategic branding and merchandising programs were developed, and managing visual merchandising at Northwest Framing and Wizards of the Coast. Ruth’s early career at Starbucks Coffee Company involved establishing visual merchandising standards for a large number of international stores. Ruth holds a BFA in Fine Arts/Textile Design from The University of Texas at Austin.
