Kasey Lara

Kasey Lara is a Mental Performance Coach at Basha High School since August 2023, leveraging extensive experience in sports and mental wellness. Previously, Kasey served as a Restaurant Server/Bartender and Online Shop Manager at Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. from March 2019 to Present and March 2020 to February 2022, respectively. Kasey also worked as an Administrative Assistant for Athletics at the University of Wyoming from April 2011 to October 2018, managing communication for Men’s Basketball and Women’s Soccer, recruitment processes, and team travel budgets. Kasey holds a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from National University (expected May 2024), a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness from Grand Canyon University (2019-2020), and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Wyoming (June 2012 - December 2017).
