Nicholas Pauley

Nicholas Pauley is a seasoned professional in the brewing industry with extensive experience, currently serving as the Wood Cellar Manager at Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. since March 2022. Previous roles include Head Brewer at Fair Isle Brewing, Lead Brewer both at Ravenna Brewing Co. and Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co., and Production Brewer/Cellarman at SanTan Brewing Company. Earlier in their career, Nicholas worked as a Mechanical Engineer at TES Engineering, specializing in mechanical and plumbing design using AutoCAD.
